Pr\u00e4ambel<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Nach der Citro\u00ebn Citela<\/a>, hier ist ein neues Projekt aus unserer Zusammenarbeit mit Peter, besser bekannt unter dem Namen Marpytoys<\/a>. Dieses Mal ging es nicht einfach darum, einen Citro\u00ebn CX im Ma\u00dfstab 1:43 nachzubauen, sondern einen ganz besonderen Moment seiner Entstehung am Flie\u00dfband festzuhalten: die \u00abHochzeit\u00bb zwischen der Karosserie und dem Aggregat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Idee stammte von Peter. Sie ist eine nat\u00fcrliche Fortsetzung der Themen rund um den Automobilbau und\u2019Citro\u00ebn-Werk Aulnay-sous-Bois<\/a> bereits auf Garage143 vorgestellt. Eine historische Fotografie diente als Ausgangspunkt f\u00fcr diese Industrieszene, die nun in Form eines besonders originellen Miniatur-Dioramas nachgebildet wurde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aulnay-sous-Bois, die industrielle Wiege der CX<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Das 1973 in Betrieb genommene Werk in Aulnay-sous-Bois begann im Juni 1974 mit der Montage des CX. Es galt damals als eines der modernsten Automobilwerke Europas. Karosseriebau, Lackierung, Polsterei und Endmontage waren dort vereint, mit einem f\u00fcr die damalige Zeit hohen Automatisierungsgrad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zu den spektakul\u00e4rsten Momenten dieser Fertigung geh\u00f6rt die sogenannte \u201eHochzeit\u201c. Die lackierte Karosserie, die an ihrem Deckenf\u00f6rderer h\u00e4ngt, trifft auf die auf der unteren Linie vorbereitete mechanische Baugruppe: Motor, Getriebe, Fahrwerk, Aufh\u00e4ngung und andere wesentliche Komponenten. Die beiden bisher getrennten Teile bilden von da an ein einziges Auto. Genau diesen Augenblick wollte Peter nachbilden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Von der Archivfotografie zur 3D-Modellierung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Um die Szene im Ma\u00dfstab 1:43 nachzubilden, musste zun\u00e4chst das Originalbild zerlegt und die Organisation des Arbeitsplatzes verstanden werden. Der CX musste perfekt erkennbar bleiben und gleichzeitig in einem ungew\u00f6hnlichen Zustand dargestellt werden: h\u00e4ngende Karosserie, offene Haube und T\u00fcren, sichtbare mechanische Baugruppe und rekonstruierte Montagebandlinie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Garage143 hat eine Karosseriemodellierungsbasis des CX bereitgestellt (verwendet f\u00fcr andere Projekte wie zum Beispiel: https:\/\/garage143.fr\/les-dioramas-un-plaisir-un-art\/<\/a>Peter hat diese Modellierung daraufhin \u00fcberarbeitet und die gesamte Fabrikumgebung entworfen: den Montagearbeitsplatz, den F\u00f6rderer, die Hubstruktur und die Figuren, die der Szene Leben einhauchen. Er \u00fcbernahm auch den 3D-Druck, das Bemalen und die Montage des Ganzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ein Diorama, das die Herstellung der CX erz\u00e4hlt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Das Ergebnis beschr\u00e4nkt sich nicht auf ein Automobil-Miniaturodell. Es ist ein echtes St\u00fcck Fabrik, das in einer Vitrine Platz findet. Die Karosserie des CX scheint noch \u00fcber ihrer Mechanik zu schweben, gehalten vom F\u00f6rdersystem. Die Arbeiter begleiten den Vorgang, w\u00e4hrend der Sockel, die Ausr\u00fcstung und das Typenschild die Szene sofort in ihren Kontext einbetten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In diesem Ma\u00dfstab erm\u00f6glicht das Ganze auch die Betrachtung dessen, was sonst gew\u00f6hnlich unter der Karosserie verborgen bleibt: den mechanischen Aufbau, das Fahrwerk und die ber\u00fchmte hydropneumatische Federung. Das Diorama erz\u00e4hlt somit besser als ein fertiges Miniaturmodell von der Komplexit\u00e4t eines Automobils genau in dem Moment, in dem es komplett wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
